Chris Torres is a PhD candidate in philosophy at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. His research interests include virtue ethics, well-being, bioethics, and political philosophy. He is currently completing his dissertation on the relationship between human nature and practical normativity under the supervision of Mark Murphy. Prior to studying philosophy, Chris received a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, Chris enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and martial arts.
